The Customer Service Representative's essential functions include the Gift Shop and Player's Club
Shoalwater Bay Casino is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Gift Shop and Player's Club.
Duties include selling items in the gift shop, answering guest's questions, operating a cash register, signing guests up for the Player's Club, and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work with the public.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have reliable transportation.
